We are researchers of microbial communities.

 

Most of the Earth's most diverse life is invisible to us. To make it visible we rely on metagenomics and DNA sequencing, supported by bioinformatic algorithms we develop. This can be used to explore ecosystems from a global scale to the individual human gut microbiome.
